New customers, and customers who have never purchased from our website, need to create an online account first. After you find the product(s) you would like to purchase, use the Add to Cart button to place them in your shopping cart. To view the contents of the shopping cart, you can click on the icon of a shopping cart in the top right of every page on the site. This will take you to the shopping cart.

In the shopping cart, you can edit the items by adding or subtracting quantities. You can click on the “Remove” button to delete an entry. You can also use the Add More & Save feature to take advantage of stated quantity discounts where applicable. If you change any quantities, you will need to click on the Update Your Cart button to submit the change. You will also notice a Ground Shipping Estimator that will give you an idea of what the shipping costs will be for this order. Simply enter your zip code in the field provided.

To proceed, click on the Check Out button at the bottom. If you are not logged in, you will be asked to either create a new account or login to proceed.

If you have forgotten your password, we can create a new one and forward it to the email we have on record for your account. The passwords on this site are encrypted so we can’t send you the current password on record. This enhances the security of our account holders.

Navigate to this page and enter your email address at the bottom. This will reset your password to an auto generated one and send it to you via email. You can login and change your password to something more memorable at any time.

For the customers that live near our retail store in Taichung city, there is an option during the checkout process to pick your order up at our store. On step 2 of the checkout process, there is a box called Select Your Shipping Method. Simply select Store Pickup as your option inside this box. This store pickup option excludes all drop ship items since they are not at our location.

Once you process your order, we will contact you about a pickup time. Usually, your order will be ready within two hours during normal business hours. Our stores hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
